Tooth extraction and oral surgery
We remove a tooth when it can't be saved, including complex cases and wisdom teeth. We also perform minor surgery — frenulum correction, opening an abscess, root tip resection.

When you need it
- The tooth is broken down below the gum
- The tooth is very loose
- A wisdom tooth is in the way or inflamed
- As planned before dentures or braces
How the treatment works
- 1
X-ray
We check the roots and the surrounding bone.
- 2
Anaesthesia
We numb the area.
- 3
Extraction
We remove the tooth carefully. For a complex extraction we make a small incision.
- 4
Stopping bleeding and stitches
We stop the bleeding and, if needed, place a haemostatic sponge and stitches.
- 5
Aftercare and healing
We explain what to do at home so the socket heals without complications.
How long it takes
A simple extraction takes 20–40 minutes, a complex one longer.
After the procedure
- Don't eat for 2–3 hours
- For a day, don't rinse your mouth or warm your cheek
- Don't smoke
- Soft food, chew on the other side
- If there is heavy bleeding, growing swelling or a fever — call us straight away
