Consultation and X-rays
The orthodontist examines your bite and orders X-rays.

Treatment plan
Based on impressions and X-rays, we make a plan and give you the price.

Fitting braces
We attach the brackets to the teeth and fit the archwire.

Follow-up visits
About once a month the dentist adjusts the braces and the teeth gradually straighten.

Retainer
After the braces come off, we fit a retainer so the result lasts.
How long it takes
Usually 1–2 years, depending on the case.
After the procedure
- Teeth may ache for the first few days — that's normal
- Avoid hard and sticky food
- Clean carefully around the braces
Cost
